    100 g de chocolat noir
    50 g de farine + un peu pour fariner les ramequins
    2 œufs
    3 jaunes d'œufs
    100 g de sucre
    100 g de beurre + un peu pour beurrer les ramequins

    1. Coupez le chocolat en petits morceaux. Faites fondre avec le beurre au bain marie et laissez refroidir, tout en continuant à remuer.
    2. Fouettez légèrement les œufs et jaunes d'œufs dans un bol à l'aide d'un fouet.
    3. Ajoutez le sucre, puis la farine tamisée et mélangez bien. Enfin, ajoutez le chocolat fondu à la pâte.
    4. Versez la préparation dans 4 ramequins beurrés et farinés. Faites cuire dans un four à chaleur tournante préchauffé à 180° pendant 12 à 14 minutes.
    5. Lorsque les fondants sont cuits, laissez-les reposer pendant 1 minute. Puis servez-les pendant qu'ils sont encore chauds.

In a full immersive two/three hours class we will experience together all the process in ceramic making. 
After the class I will bring you to the Osteria di Fuori, the oldest restaurant in Montelupo (it was built on the Renaissance!) to enjoy a lunch made with typical Tuscan food and Chianti wine.
Then I won't say more, it's a full-immersive experience that you have to feel with all your senses.
