    Ingrédients
    200g de farine de blé dur
    2 œufs

    1. Disposez la farine en fontaine sur la table. Cassez les œufs dans la fontaine.
    2. Mélangez à partir du centre, à l'aide d'une fourchette pour vous aider à incorporer la farine de l'extérieur.
    3. Mélangez les ingrédients, pétrissez la pâte pendant au moins 15 minutes pour créer une pâte lisse.
    4. Placez la pâte dans un saladier et couvrez avec du papier cellophane. Laissez reposer la pâte au réfrigérateur pendant au moins une demi-heure.

    Pour préparer des quantités différentes, utilisez 1 œuf pour 100 g de farine.
