    Ingrédients:
    1 kg de fèves fraîches
    250 g de pecorino (fromage de brebis) affiné
    2 à 3 tranches de salami de Toscane, d'1 cm d'épaisseur
    huile d'olive vierge extra
    sel selon votre goût
    poivre selon votre goût


    Écossez les fèves dans un bol, ajoutez le pecorino et le salami coupés en cubes de 2 cm.
