Une merveilleuse villa construite à la fin du XIXe siècle, d'une superficie de 800 m carrés complètement restaurée par ses propriétaires, qui ont restitué la beauté originelle et splendeur de ce bâtiment classé, avec un plafond à poutres en bois et des murs décorés.
Villa Le Fonti 16 est entourée de 15 000 mètres carrés de jardins privatifs et bien entretenus, formant ainsi l'endroit idéal pour des vacances merveilleuses au cœur de la Toscane. La famille Parigi, à qui appartient la propriété, habite dans le village voisin et sera sur place à votre arrivée pour vérifier que vous ne manquez de rien.
Villa Le Fonti 16 se trouve à 6 km d'Arezzo, dans la ville de Quarata, qui se trouve au cœur des quatre vallées : Valdarno, Casentino, Valdichiana et Valtiberina ; son emplacement la met à proximité de Florence, Sienne, Assise et autres hauts lieux artistiques.
A environ 2 km de la maison, se trouve le Ponte a Buriano, un pont romain construit en 1277 et immortalisé par Leonard de Vinci dans sa célèbre toile de la Joconde.
Cette villa se compose d'un bâtiment principal et d'un cottage situé au milieu d'un parc bien entretenu et fleuri, au sein duquel on retrouve une grande piscine. Le parc entièrement clôturé qui entoure la villa s'étend sur trois niveaux. Le rez-de-chaussée du bâtiment principal est meublé simplement. Il se compose d'un grand hall d'entrée, d'un séjour avec vue sur le jardin, d'une salle à manger avec cheminée, et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée (réfrigérateur/freezer, four, micro-ondes et plaque de cuisson au gaz). Également à cet étage, on trouve une petite salle de bain. La salle à manger donne accès à la grande véranda et à la terrasse, deux endroits parfaits pour un dîner à la fraîche.
Les escaliers en pierre mènent au premier étage, joliment meublé, où l'on retrouve un séjour confortable. À cet étage, on trouve deux grandes chambres avec salle de bain. Au deuxième étage, on trouve également un autre salon qui fait suite à 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain, dont l'une avec sauna.
Le cottage est situé derrière le bâtiment principal. Il se compose d'un salon/salle à manger au rez-de-chaussée. Un escalier vous mène au premier étage où se trouvent 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain. Il y a également une belle et grande terrasse à cet étage.
Deux des chambres sont des chambres à lits jumeaux. Les autres sont des chambres à grand lit. Une salle de bain contient une baignoire avec hydromassage. Les autres ont une douche.
Le cottage dispose d'une chambre jumelle et d'une chambre double. La salle de bain du cottage dispose d'une baignoire avec hydromassage.
Les animaux domestiques ne sont pas acceptés
La villa est située au milieu d'un grand jardin privé.
Cette villa est idéalement située pour faire des visites. Elle se trouve à proximité de nombreux sites historiques. Cette villa a un excellent rapport qualité/prix.
Le cottage est très confortable. Il se trouve directement derrière le bâtiment principal.

La piscine est l'endroit idéal pour ce détendre après une journée passée à explorer la région.
A quelques pas, en contrebas de la maison et au cœur d'un beau jardin, la piscine est un endroit intime d'où l'on peut agréablement profiter du soleil de Toscane.
La piscine mesure 15 x 7,50 m et est ouverte de Pâques à octobre.

I just thought I'd drop you a quick line to say many, many thanks for helping us to have the most fabulous holiday we have had in a long time! As we'd booked over a year ago, we simply couldn't wait to go and we were certainly not disappointed. This holiday combined a mix of young and old, family and friends, new and old acquaintances and it couldn't have gone better. Firstly the accommodation was magnificient, even better than we could gave anticipated from the photos. The owners were fabulous and told us all we needed to know. The setting was incredible, and the people of Quarata and Arezzo so friendly.Like some previous visitors we had grand ideas of touring every day but the cooling pool was just too tempting in the hot Tuscan sun, and we all felt like we'd had a long and relaxing Summer holiday! In fact we simply couldn't tear ourselves away and said to the owners that if we won the lottery we'd buy the house!!
Many thanks for your help and organisation in what feels like having made our dreams come true - as I type this message, barely 24hrs since we left the villa - I've already been looking at booking for next year!

We loved Villa le Fonti. It was even nicer than we expected from the pictures. The grounds were spectacular also, the herbs and lime trees a nice touch. The Parigi were helpful and delightful. We also just loved the arrangement with the Enoteca Charleston to supply the villa with wine from their shop, what a great idea! Also, we thought the price for the rental was very fair.
What were the highlights of your holiday?
The pool, wine from the shop and meeting Stefano from Enoteca Charleston. Trips to neighbouring towns, especially Montalcino. The antiques market the first weekend in Arezzo, and the people in Quarata, neighbors of the villa.

Villa Le Fonti lived up to all our expectations and more.It is spaceous, secure and set in a lovely garden with a pool which is very well maintained. Having enough bathrooms to match the 6 couples was essential to our requirements and after some initial plumbing lessons we all coped very well.The extra living spaces allowed us all quiet private times and great party times.The suggestion of a B’que was taken up and gratefully received by the !2 Aussies.Quarata provided us with a very good butcher and essential supplies like PO and the corner store.

Super, spacious, great, will definitely recommend it to others looking for a large accommodation. Kitchen was a bit basic but it didn’t hamper the holiday. And once we
got the new fridge that was great.

Their thoughtfulness on the last evening with the cake, vino santo, pictures and book to sign went above and beyond the call of duty and was a lovely touch and much appreciated.

Le site est très beau. Superbe piscine avec vue sur les collines toscanes. Bon emplacement pour rayonner dans la région .De plus, le propriétaire était très agréable et discret, juste ce qu'il faut!nous avons apprécie son attention pour notre arrivée : une bonne bouteille de Chianti! Au niveau du logement : très bon équipement , tout était fourni.
