Downstairs there is a spacious kitchen which has a table that seats 8 people. In this room there is also a fireplace and pizza oven. Also on this floor is a larger dining room with access to the garden. The dining table here seats 16 people. Between the kitchen and dining room there is a comfortable lounge with fireplace.
Completing the ground floor is a billiard room, a TV room which also has a sofabed for two people. A small laundry room and a bathroom with jacuzzi shower. All the rooms have pretty views of the surrounding Tuscan countryside.
Going upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms.One of the bedrooms is a triple, one is a twin, the third is a single room. The fourth bedroom is a double with kingsize bed and ensuite bathrooms with a Jacuzzi shower. In the double bedroom there is a mezzanine floor which has a single bed.
200kW electricity is included, any usage over this you have to pay for at the rate of the electricity company, approx 0.20c per kW
The windows all have mosquito screens.
Pets are not allowed.

Roncovisi is an elegant villa from the 18th century that has been restored into a high quality holiday home. It is rented as a single villa or two independent houses. It is ideally positioned in the countryside just a short distance from Monsummano Terme and Montecatini Terme, two towns famous for their thermal baths. Also within easy reach are many of the historical towns of Tuscany such as Florence, Pisa and Lucca.
On a lower level than the main gardens there is a large pool with hydro massage. The pool is surrounded by comfortable sun beds and umbrellas. The pool area looks out onto the the olive groves and the Tuscan hills beyond.
The property has large pretty grounds which also include woodlands and olive groves. The gardens are shared by the two houses however each individual villa has it's own entrance and car park. In the garden there is a shady pergola with table for outdoor dining.
The owner and his wife live close by in a separate villa with their own garden, pool and parking. They are available to provide you with information about the area or any other help should you require it. The Roncovisi villas are independently accessed and do not share any space with the owners.
Villa Ronconvisi apartments can only be booked during the low
season.
Infos Piscine
The pool is situated on a natural terrace a few metres below the villa level and has a wide view of the valley below. It is surrounded by pretty lawns and olive groves. It is an infinity pool and is equipped with hydro massage, swim jets system for water treadmill and changing room with shower and WC. In and around the pool there is night lighting for evening bathing.
Around the pool is a sunbathing area with umbrellas, chairs, tables and divans. Further down to the right of the pool there is a relax area with a gazebo and chairs. To one side there is also a small children’s corner. It has a special cleaning system which insures utmost hygiene and eliminates any possible inconvenience caused by the chloride. The water is slightly saline and contains the same percentage of salt as the human eye.
The pool is 6 x 12 meters and 1.35 meters deep, it is open from mid April to mid October.

The nearest town is Monsummano Terme, which is about 2km away. This town has shops, restaurants and all other amenities. Montecatini Terme is a larger town and is about 5km away, it also has all facilities.

Le site est très beau. Superbe piscine avec vue sur les collines toscanes. Bon emplacement pour rayonner dans la région .De plus, le propriétaire était très agréable et discret, juste ce qu'il faut!nous avons apprécie son attention pour notre arrivée : une bonne bouteille de Chianti! Au niveau du logement : très bon équipement , tout était fourni.
