Are the prices per person or per apartment?
The price displayed are per apartment.
Are linen and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes linen and towels are provided and included in the price displayed, pool towels are also provided.
Is the central heating included in the price?
No, the central heating is charged on consumption when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes there is and it measures 16 metres by 5.25 metres with a maximum depth of 4 metres.
Is there a telephone, fax, email connection available?
There is no phone, we recommend you hire a mobile phone with your car, many car hire companies now offer this service. There is internet connection available in the villa, please bring your own laptop.
Is there a balcony or terrace belonging to the apartment?
Yes, there are large furnished terraces.
Are there local grocery stores?
The nearest grocer is in in Pancole 3Kms away.
How far are the airports?
Florence 2 hours and 40 minuters, Pisa 2 hours, Bologna 3 hours and a half, Rome 2 hours and a half.
When do I get road directions?
Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
Where do I find the directions?
The directions can be found as a link on your final confirmation email. They can also be accessed by logging into your booking details using your useremail and password.
