Was waren die Highlights Ihres Urlaubs? Die schöne Anlage und das Häuschen an sich.
Wie war Ihr Gesamteindruck von der Unterbringung? Sehr ordentlich und sehr sauber. Tolles Häuschen. Allerdings war die Ausstattung (Küche) nicht so toll. Ausserdem stand in der Beschreibung es stünde ein PC mit Internet zur Verfügung und es gäbe einen Haartrockner. Beides war nicht der Fall. Das war schade, weil wir uns darauf eingestellt hatten. Aber das waren nur Kleinigkeiten und wir würden trotzdem nochmal buchen.

What were the highlights of your holiday? Excellent, quite location with plenty of room by the pool. The grounds were always tidy and the service provided by the owner was excellent. We had great days doing nothing and great days visiting places such as Rome, Siena, Assisi and of course the beautiful Orvieto nearby.
What was your overall impression of the accommodation?    Very impressive standard of the building, it's grounds and the service provided by the owner. There were some descriptive elements of the accommodation that were not quite satisfactory but impactful enough to effect the holiday. However, these facilities were a decisive factor for choosing this accomodation and therefore disappointing. For example, the brochure mentions BBQ (but our apartment didn't have one as there were 2 to share across 3 apartments and they were both being used), wireless internet access (not accessible from our apartment due to the thick walls, I could not therefore work), satellite TV (not a single English speaking channel or credible sports channel).
Did you have any unpleasant surprises during your stay with us? No, other than the points mentioned above.
Do you have any other comments regarding the accommodation or service? The interior fittings could do with some work. The fridge would not close properly and was therefore very easy to leave open.

what was your overall impression of the accommodation?    Excellent. well furnished, good decor spacious rooms, comfortable beds, charming villa manager (Giacomo), great position, very good pool

Yes linen and towels are provided and included in the price displayed, pool towels are provided for an extra cost.

No, the central heating is charged on consumption when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
The private pool is 6x12mtr, the shallow end is 1 metre increasing to 1.45 metres at its deepest, open from mid May to mid September.
Is there a telephone, fax, email connection available?
There is no phone, we recommend you hire a mobile phone with your car, many car hire companies now offer this service. There is free WIFI connection throughout the villa and at the pool area.  Within the house there is a fixed computer that you can use to check emails or you can bring a laptop to allow you to roam throughout the house. These services are free of charge.
Is there a balcony or terrace belonging to the villa?
Yes, there are 3 covered furnished pergolas.
Are there local grocery stores?
Yes in Lubriano, 2 Kms away.
How far are the airports?
Florence 2 hours, Pisa 2 ½  hours, Rome 1 hour
